Unfortunately, the room was not well maintained. The bathroom exhaust was completely nonfunctional, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. I also found several lights not working, creating an overly dark space. This was very disappointing, especially since I expected a more pleasant experience at this hotel.

The staff was very responsive, accommodating my request for a quieter room near the Wi-Fi router, which significantly helped with my online work. Highway noise was noticeable but manageable with the dark curtains.

Great stay with friends! The queen room was comfy, and we enjoyed the free wifi and cable. After exploring the local cafe and a nearby park, we kicked back in our clean room. The parking was easy and the staff was friendly, as they worked with us on any requests!

The kids loved the pool area and the proximity to nearby parks. We found the rooms clean with a nice fresh scent, fitting our large family comfortably. Plus, there was enough space for the grandkids to play around after exploring.

Check-in was interesting with a friendly manager behind protective glass. Room felt homey despite minor quirks, and it had an aromatic cleanliness. A little noise from the highway didn’t overshadow the comfortable bed. Do pay in cash to save—always a smart move for budget travelers!

Just a reliable pick for a quick layover in Upper Saddle River with good value considering price it charged. The heater/ac unit worked great, keeping the room at the perfect temperature after a long drive. If you don’t mind minor quirks, it’s a solid choice.
